Yes, every school has its odd fund-raisers: carnivals, cookie selling, silent auctions, raffles… even some sports related ones as well. Well, my school (Jamie’s, Ty’s, Adam’s, Justin’s, Bella’s, Jello’s, The pig dog’s and chicken-cow’s as well), has a “jog-a-thon”. Like a marathon type thing. We have to run for a long time, and kill our selves, in return getting our school rich! A wonderful experience, having done it for soon to be 7 years. Yes, I’ve only done it 7 times. 7 long, long hours. (Not all together of course!)

You get the big picture, right? It’s always a competition to see who can get the most laps. Sadly for me, however, I’m probably the slowest person you have ever seen. Last year, I got a mere 30-something laps in all, while some other girls my age got 50-60, and some younger girls got 40-50! Sad? Yes, I think so!

Now, the other portion to this post, something I’ve been meaning to say as well…

Ok, so ever year we have a design on our jog-a-thon tees. Back and front. Well, ever year, the kids in my grade get to draw a design in hopes that it may be chosen as the first place winner, getting their design on  the jog-a-thon tees for that year. If not the front, then the back as second, which is almost as good any way. So you see, I have worked hard, and maybe..just maybe I might get my design on there! Who knows?

Oh, I forgot to mention, I’m a contributor on Adam’s blog: “robohamster”! Yay! So, you can check out his blog as well, and read it….so..yeah. Just a minor announcement.

On our bus trip to camp Pali, we watched the game plan….

Wow, it (camp) was great! Lots and lots of snow though. It was freezing cold, but it still was great! woooh! Ok, so we had gourmet meals almost. It was great!So, first day (tuesday) we had burgers for lunch..I forget about dinner though. We did a ropes course, but I only got half-way up a tree and that’s about it. There was a lot though. The leap of faith was about 80 ft I guess…you pretty much climbed up a huge tree and jumped off a platform trying to attack a teatherball hanging a bit away from the platform. (In the groups that did this on Tuesday, one person hit it), the other one was the high wire. It was around 80ft too…you climbed up a tree, and walked on a chord, whle holding on to two other chords above you and walking across it. Then, you’d re-walk it and go to the middle, then you’d be lowered down. The first night sleeping wasn’t great. I just couldn’t fall asleep.

Wednsday for breakfast, we had…eggs, tatter tots and bacon(etc). I think we did archery ( I got the best out of my group I think..) and then we did…animal survivor(???). Animal survivor was kind of like those games you’d play in kindergarten with a little red or green hankercheif stuck through your belt loop (taggish sort of game..). Pretty much you were either a carnivore, omnivore or herbivore. You kind of cycled through the whole “balance” thing in the environment with animals and all. (I was an omnivore..) then, you had to see what it would be like with a HUGE bunch of carnivores, a small bunch of herbivores and the same amount of omnivores (4). I just let the carnivorees kill me pretty much =D it was waaay too cold and I was pooped from the previous game of “animal survivor”. Then, for lunch we had a Chinese type lunch, which included orange chicken, noodles (etc) It was pretty good I guess. I think we did an ecology hike on this day. I learned about the “ponderosa” pine cone, the “Jefferson” pine cone and the “Culture” pine (something like that..) it was super interesting!

Then, Thusday… breakfast was fresh pineapple..waffle sticks, eggs, etc. Ok, it was actually SNOWING!!! It was soo neat-o! You might have gathered I’ve never seen it snow..so yeah. It was freezing, but we continued our daily schedule. Mr.Edmunds (the principal of my school) came on Thursday and joined some other group I think. I really don’t remember what we did that day. All I remember is: we did orienteering, which has something to do with a compass and found our way through the woods. It was my favorite!!!!! Then, at night, we disected owl pellets. That was also really really fun! 

Then, on Friday (today) we had pancakes, eggs and sausages oh, and potatoes. It was soo good! Then, we did our last activity which was CSI. We learned abvout aliels and DNA…dactyloscopy, and graphology. It was really interesting. Too bad we didn’t get to the actual activity ( CSI:pali) When we went back to the eating place, we played a game for about 10 min. It was where you had to write down the most songs with a certain word in the title or lyrics.Then, we went on the bus after a while. We watched Night at the Museum, then stopped after a bit to eat sandwhiches at a park someplace. Wehn we got back, we finished it and watched about 10 minutes of Hairspray. Then we arrived at school. And then home. Yupps!

Oh, this is so funny! So, on sims 2 pets (for my gc) some people were listening to “pop” music. Since sims speak giberish, it’s funny to listen to the words and pick out words that sound like real ones. So, the song they were listening to went: “Nazerp Nazerp”and then every few minutes there was like…things that sounded real that weren’t. It’s kind of funny.

Well, I think something’s wrong with my time on my blog. waaah I’m serious. So, today I would’ve gotten around 72 views today, but since it kind of splits my day in to the next one around 6 PM, it’s really sad. =’( Wahahaha!

Ah, yes my friends. It all started here at my blog! xD No, not the idea, but yeah..well you get the picture. But, um I’m so glad that people are doing this! Yay! So, good job everyone! It’s a lot of fun too!

I’m happy that some people are enjoying it. So far, several people have carried the tagging game out and done it! Yay! But it’s kinda cool to read a few things about other people, right? Well, I think so! However, it’s not fun saying obvious things! Just no way! So those of you who got tagged, DON’T!

Wow! Today was an ultimate success! So, far we got around 50-60 hits today! woooh!

So, I was tagged, within the hour (I think…) by Bella So, of course I must give my facts about me!

1. To begin, I have a terrible habbit of cracking almost every joint (etc) that I can; jaw, neck, fingers, ankles, knees, elbows(you’ll find out in the next fact, exactly why/how I can do this..) and..toes. (I think that’s the gist of it)

2. Well, I’m “doubl-jointed” to this day I’m not exactly sure what that makes me…well, because of that I can crack my elbow by “popping it back” I guess…

3. I absoloutely LOVE reading! I know, we’re (Jello, Bella and me) such nerds! And, yesh you are sooo right! Any way, so may favorite books would probably be: the whole Harry Potter series, Fharenheit 451 a-and…The Goose Girl trilogy thing. (well, I haven’t read the third-yet!)

4. I write poetry. Yesh… to add to all that. But, I haven’t written much these past months.

5. Last of all…I play the clarinet. Now, you must know this! I am soo good! xD Well, I’ve been playing for…three or four years. Not so sure.. but I mostly enjoy playing jazz/blues. Yep!

Alright, so camp’s tomorrow. That means I won’t be posting for 4 days. So, you can all catch up with all the posts I’m planning on posting today! Hopefully that’ll get you busy enough…? So, when I get back I SWEAR I will write about camp. As for when, I’m not so sure. I might forget to post…but just remember that I can’t really get on alot.

However, we get back on Friday at the end of the day…so if I do remember, I will have the time to post.
